She is survived by: her children, Sherrie L. Cook, Michael R. Cook and Bret A. Cook (Teresa); her grandchildren, Valerie Cook, Christopher Cook, Brittany Scott (Cale), Ashley Miller (Tyler), Alex Cook (Liz), Ryan Cook and Bryce Cook; and her great grandchildren, Ryann Oswalt, Riley Scott, Maddox Miller, Abby Cook and Savannah Miller.
