We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2024, at the age of 80, Caterina Dimitriu Waldron (Pensacola, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Caterina Dimitriu may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Caterina Dimitriu touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dimitri Rhigas and Maria Marciano Rhigas; her brother George Rhigas of Adelaide; and her son Martin James Waldron. She is survived by: her siblings, Anna Rhigas, Aristides and Paul Rhigas; her husband LtCol Joe Waldron; and her sons, Joseph Paul Waldron (Sean David Waldron) of Snohomish, WA and Pensacola.
