He is survived by: his wife Sally Miller of Pensacola, Florida; his children, Raylene Pollio of Louisville, Kentucky, Rick Ross (Jeanel) of Decatur, Indiana, Michele Shaffer (Mike) of Decatur, Indiana, Shane Miller (Crystal) of Fisherville, Kentucky and Ryan Miller of Pensacola, Florida; his brother Mark Miller (Audra) of Evans City, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Jade, Claire, John Michael, Cassie, Cortnie, Connor, Carson, Carter, Brandyn, Brant, Baylen, Mindy, Duncan and Justin; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Preston, Rhett, Linus, Clark, Mia, Ellie, Haylen, Cayden, Riley, Logan and Aria; and his great great grandchild Oliver.
