It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie J Bell (Pensacola, Florida), born in Atmore, Alabama, who passed away on September 4, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Ben Jr. She is survived by: her brother Jerry Johns; her children, Michele Werner (Stan), Marcy Forster (Scott), Scott Bell (Mary Kaye) and Blake Bell; and her grandchildren, Tim Werner (Holli), Tiffany Ferguson (John), Stefani Ramos, Lindsey DeLaMare (Tommy), Jeff Bell (Erika), Maddie Bell, Ali Bell, Sydney Foster, Jack Bell and Emily Bell.
