She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Max" Forbis and Ann Forbis; and her in-laws, Clyde and Jeanette Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Catherine (Terrell), Spencer (Jackie) and Whitney; her grandchildren, Tucker, Collier, Chandler Grace Tillery and McKinley Bailey; her husband Butch; and her cousin Jim Lewis (Lisa).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Olive Baptist Church (1836 E Olive Rd, Pensacola, FL 32514). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
