She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford "Cliff" Tartt and Hagar Mary Tartt; her siblings, Lenora Adams and Arthur Tartt; and her son Robert Marshall.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret McBride of Pensacola, FL, Evelyn McGhee of Pensacola, FL and Arthur James Marshall (Jean) of Norfolk, VA; her grandsons, Malcolm J. McGhee and Reginald Stephens of Norfolk, VA; and her nieces, Cheryl Adams (Thomas) of Indianapolis, IN, Pamela Baird (Hershell) of Indianapolis, IN and Karen Carson of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
