He is survived by: his wife Linda Faye Newbery Day of Pensacola, FL; his children, Julia Sammons (Perry) of Dover, DE, Robert Day (Glenda) of Warner Robins, GA, Marcie Whitney (Mark) of Pensacola, FL, Laurie Day-Parker (David Parker) of Jupiter, FL, Stephen Day (Sarah) of Panama City, FL and John Day (Lizbeth) of Orlando, FL; his stepson Anthony Yoder (Thressa) of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Brett Sammons, Conner Day, Evan, Jordan, Kaitlyn Whitney, Matthew Parker, Austin, Amelia Day, Lincoln and Availia Day; his stepgrandchildren, Alexandria and Tyler Yoder; his brother Robert Day (Janice); his nieces and nephews, Robert Day Jr. (Marie), Kim Benthusan (Richard) and Christine Yerkes (John); and his close friend Christina Kelleher (Mark). He is also survived by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, friends.
