He is survived by: his wife Kathy Teel; his son Eric Teel; his stepson Jason Hausknecht; his siblings, Daniel Teel (Sindy) and Lisa Harrison (Gary); his nieces and nephews, Kelly Gremillion (Clayton), Ryan Teel, Logan Harrison, Tyler Harrison (Carleigh) and Chelsea Harrison (Rory); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trenton Hamm (Taryn) and Holden Teel; and his pets, Buddy, Bella, Misty and Gene.
Gene loved dogs and cats leaving behind Buddy, Bella, and Misty, so in lieu of flowers, Gene would prefer donations be made ASPCA.
