She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Combs; her parents, Runelle Clay Atkins and Leo Atkins (Pete); her sisters, Jean Phillips Matuszewski (Stan) and Virginia Atkins; and her grandson Alex Drew.
She is survived by: her sister Sandra Atkins Bowen (John); her children, Robin Combs Drew, Phillip Combs and Lori Combs Martinez (Lionel); her grandchildren, Brian Drew (Jennifer), Joshua Combs Nelson, Tyler Combs Nelson, Taylor and Bella Martinez; and her great grandchildren, Brennen Drew, Charli Drew, Greyson Nelson and Cameryn Drew. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, she requests donations to St. Jude or Shriners Children's Hospitals.
