He is survived by: his wife Velvet Kalber; his children, Deven Kalber and James Kalber; his sister Karla Carr (Rich); his mother-in-law Maria Garay; and his sisters-in-law, Maria Thomas (Bryan) and Marilyn Sensenig (Chad). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
