He was predeceased by: his former wife Anita Hires; his parents, Wayne Elicus Kimsey and Lennie Blanche Runion Kimsey; and his siblings, Barbara Kimsey Case and Tom Kimsey.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Daily Rozsnyai Kimsey; his daughter Shelby Luckel (Donnie); his granddaughter Alicia; his great grandchildren, Wyman, Bryce and Grayson of Jacksonville; his stepchildren, Greg Hires of Knoxville, TN. and Dorothy Rozsnyai Diana (Marc); and his grandsons, Canon, Theo and Blaise of Davidson, NC..
