He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur, Sr. and Stella Reigle (Boyarski); his stepmother Geraldine E. Reigle (Speakman); and his wife Delphene O'Neal (O'Neal). He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn E Lawrence (Reigle) and Kathryn J Snelling (Reigle) of Florida. He is also survived by two nephews, one niece, four great nieces and six great nephews.
