He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mary L Upchurch; his mother Mona Moore; his brother Jimmy Welch; his nephew Jamie Welch; and his brother-in-law Leonard Kruze.
He is survived by: his brother Terry; his stepdaughter Katie Lynne; his siblings, Michael, Christopher Welch of Fort Lauderdale, Lindy Kruze and Cheryl Doberstein; his nieces and nephews, Jenny, Jarie, Brandy, Jill, Taylor of Donovan, CJ, Luke and Tracy; and his children, Jaques, Brandon, Emmy, Ana Leise, Ava, Jackson, Ryan, Breanna, Deavon, Jaelyn, Teagan and June.
