He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rose Vosseler, Dolly Gatto, Charlie and Jimmy; his grandson Nicholas Salvatore; and his parents, Joan Olympio and Salvatore Olympio.
He is survived by: his godparents, Leo and Marge Corbo; his children, Sal, Robert, Richard (Jackie) of Pembroke Pines and Michael; his wife Joan Marie Olympio; his grandchildren, Candie, Richie (Cori), Joseph (Laura), Nicole (Nick), Helena (Adam), Jennie (Brent) and Marie (Ricky); his great grandchildren, Ryan, Nathan, Natalie, Mikayla and Gabriel; his nieces and nephews, Virginia Ward, Jennifer Peterson, Donna Cassidy, Jan Cavalla, Bill and Buddy Vosseler; and his brothers, Robert and Richard.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's' Research Hospital.
