He was predeceased by: his parents, Jie A Fa and Johanna Boldewijn; his daughter Denise (Petronella); his brother-in-law Desi (Chris); his sister Ivonne; and his niece Patricia.
He is survived by: his children, Grace, Wim Jessurun, Jone, Deighton Dyer and Rudi.
