He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Neal and Christana Bailey; his wife Denise Bailey; his brothers, Raymond Neal Bailey (Joetta) and Lawrence Gregory Bailey; his aunt Dorothy Phifer; and his cousins, Judy Bailey Bensinger (Roger) and Katrenia Perry. He was also cherished by other cousins and relatives, many classmates, and friends.
Not many weeks after that, the Coronavirus outbreak caused most churches to close.
