He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Vespilia (Pila); his children, Viviana DeTeresa (Walter), Oscar Soto (Lucila), Marco Soto (Jessica) and David Soto (Josie); and his mother Ana. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
