He is survived by: his wife Tania Diaz; his children, Mayra Martinez (Alejandro), Nivardo Diaz, Jr. (Irma), Antonio Toca (Carmen) and Jose Toca (Maria Elena); his stepdaughter Maite Gesele (Wade); his grandchildren, Javier Martinez, Nicole Campos (Lino), Michelle Fleites (Roger), Aaron Diaz, Matthew Diaz, Gabriel Diaz, Dayra Toca, Daina Toca, Joey Toca, Hannah Gesele and Owen Gesele; and his brother Santiago Diaz. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
