He was predeceased by: his mother Agueda Maria Garcia; and his wife Antonia. He is survived by: his father Miguel Diaz; and his children, Juan Diaz (Heriberta), Bernard Diaz (Ginette), Luis Diaz Jr., Lea Diaz and Maria Diaz.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care (1600 N University Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024). A prayer was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Boyd-Panciera University Drive Chapel (1600 N University Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. John Xxiii Catholic Parish Church (16800 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33027). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery (11411 NW 25th St, Doral, FL 33172). An entombment was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
