He is survived by: his wife Carole Jacob of Pembroke Pines; his children, William Jacob, Donna Jacob-Rye and John F Jacob III; his grandchildren, Casey Clair, Amanda Jacob, Samanth Jacob-Mercado and Cameron Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Delany Clair, Everly Clair and Brooks Mercado.
