He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ladue (Warner); his daughter Arielle Levine (Ladue); his son-in-law Adam; his grandchildren, Hallie and Luke; his siblings, Carol Ladue and John Ladue; his sister-in-law Anne; his niece Allison; his brother-in-law Michael Condel; his niece Julia; his mother-in-law Marion Warner; his brother-in-law Steven Warner; and his close friend Cassius "Tommy" Smith.
