He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Ranjeet and Ivy Black; his son Torian Gordon; his brother Gopaul Ranjeet; his son Odel Gordon; and his sister Vivine Gordon-Ranjeet.

He is survived by: his siblings, George Osbourne, Marjorie Ranjeet-Bancroft and Primalin Ranjeet-Gabo; his children, Estret Gordon, Robert Gordon, Sharon Gordon, Mignon Gordon, Omar Gordon, Simone Gordon and Shante Gordon; his grandchildren, Omar Gordon, Antoine Gordon, Maurice Fletcher, Sophia Gordon, Hannah Gordon and Joshua Gordon; and his great grandchildren, Ariella Gordon and Nori Li Rose Gordon.
