He is survived by: his wife Leila Ortega; his grandchild Odris Izquierdo (Jorge Izquierdo); his children, Jonathan, Amanda Izquierdo, Karly Inciarte (Brandy Coker), Keilany Whyte (Jonathan Whyte) and Milani Whyte; and his siblings, Clark Inciarte and Diana Inciarte of Fernandez. He is also survived by his 3 daughters/spouses.
