He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Carnley and Ruby Carnley; and his sisters, Judy Kilpatrick and JoAnn Nelson. He is survived by: his daughter Tanya Marie Carnley; his brother Ervin Carnley (Connie); his cousin Jimmy Carnley (Belinda); and his uncle Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to concerns regarding Covid19, a public service will not be held.
