She is survived by: her husband Glen Griswold; her children, John Fitzgerald, Erin Fitzgerald and Kristen Sartor; her stepchildren, Carson Griswold and Amber Lawenda; her mother Nancy Vaughan; her stepfather Richard Vaughan; her father William Hernandez; her stepmother Patricia Hernandez; her sister Alicia Hernandez; her grandchildren, Madison Jackson, Eleanor and Olivia Sartor; her uncle Steven; her cousin Lindsay Shields; and also, Ayla, Dakota and Riley.

During the worst part of the pandemic, when bread was hard to find in California stores, she baked for friends and family and drove many miles to deliver her delicious treats.
