He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charles Milcoff and Ronnie Milcoff. He is survived by: his wife Mary Leona Milcoff; his children, Steven Milcoff, Donna Milcoff, Graveson, Barbara Liles, Gayle Krampert, Debra Norris, Kenneth Zediker Sr., Joanne Slusher and Betsy Milligan; and his sisters, Gloria Young, Ruth Skwiat (George Milcoff), Julie Jacobson (John Milcoff), Mary Grangruth (Leo Milcoff) and Betty Rogers. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
