She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Dowell and Nella Dowell; her husband Jack Malcolm Collins; and her siblings, Bill, Roy Dowell and Linda Dowell.
She is survived by: her daughter Olympia Rogers (Benjamin); her granddaughters, Vicki Lewis (Travis) and Lisa Sharp (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Kayla, Cody, Candace, Matthew, Reece, Caden, Caleb and Emma; her siblings, John Dowell (Karen) and Dorthea Smith; her nieces and nephews, Larry, Michael Smith, Jay Dowell, Lisa Lesher, Debbie, Beverly and Denise; and her cousins, Bruce and Cliff.
