She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Detweiler and Kathryn Detweiler (Greiner); her husband David L. Erdman; her son Joseph Benson; and her sisters, Betty Melcher and Carol Benson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Huth of Hershey, Tamara Benson (Matthew Breheny) of Florida and Julia MacKelvey (Mark) of Florida; her brother-in-law Bruce Benson of Florida; her grandchildren, Kristina Stokes, Carl Huth II, Charles Huth, Emily Benson, Chloe Benson, Alysa Sierra, Brandyn MacKelvey, Nathyn MacKelvey and Myranda MacKelvey; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Lukas, Charlie, Ian Stokes, Jane, Hannah, Elijah, Heidi and Penelope Huth.
