He is survived by: his wife Barbara Burtt of Parrish, FL; his son Joseph Howard; his granddaughter Isabel Howard of Newton, MA; his daughter Holli Howard of Palmetto, FL; and his sister Marjorie Simone of Westborough, MA. He is also survived by nieces and seven (7) nephews.
