It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gayle Young of Parrish, Florida, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Laura Wiley Watkins; and her siblings, Elwood Watkins, Oakley Watkins of Frankfort, KY, Martell Watkins Allender of Lexington, KY and Mary Lawrence Watkins of Frankfort, KY..
She is survived by: her husband Lonnie of Parrish, FL; her son Todd (Stacy) of O'Fallon, IL; her siblings, Lois Flood of El Praire, MN and Kenneth Watkins (Mary Lou) of Midway, KY; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Watkins of Frankfort, KY. She is also survived by two grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
