He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Minks and Marjorie Minks. He is survived by: his former wife Charlotte Purcell; his wife Char Minks; his children, Shawn Minks (Carol) and Dawn Oropeza (Rick); his grandchildren, Tal Minks, Tiana Minks, Tate Minks, Kaila Oropeza and Max Oropeza; and his siblings, Marilyn Hubler (Craig) and Terry Minks (Joyce). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
