She is survived by: her husband Lance of Parrish, FL; her daughters, Courtney and Kayla; her mother Sue Sweat; her sister Amy; her nephew Matthew; her parents-in-law, Carl and Evon Clayton; her brother-in-law Duane (Linda); her niece Ashley; her brother-in-law Keith (Kathleen); and her nephews, Ryan and David.
