Alton Obrecht Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alton Obrecht (Parrish, Florida), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Obrecht and Cecilia Obrecht (Lillian); his siblings, Melvin (Jean Obrecht), Ray (Marge Obrecht), Jerry (Doe Obrecht), Harry Obrecht and Lucille Pierce; and his son-in-law Jim Diehl.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Loncarevich; his siblings-in-law, Jean Obrecht of Washington, MI and Bill Pierce of Macomb, MI; his children, Bro. Scott Obrecht (Randal) of Titusville, Sharon Obrecht of Titusville and Cheryle Diehl of Titusville; his grandchildren, Kristopher Diehl (Esther Palmer) of Middlebury, VT, Rebecca Charvet (Beau) of Titusville and Libby Taylor (Ryan) of St. Petersburg, FL; and his great grandchildren, William, Lukas Charvet, Myles and Jude Taylor. He is also survived by uncle by countless nieces and nephews.
According to Al's wishes, a celebration of his life will be postponed till a later date when the pandemic more safely allows larger gatherings, because he wants it to be a big party!
