With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wilmer R. Capps of Panama City, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 8, 2025 at the age of 44. He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Buchanan; his sister Leetta Buchanan; and his brother-in-law David Frix (Ray Capps). He is survived by: his children, Kaytlen Rae Capps, Alexus Rae Capps, Ryan Ray Capps, Kyler Capps, Layden Ray Capps and Luke Grayson Capps; his grandchildren, Kylee, McKenna and Eden; and his siblings, Bobby Clark, Thomas Clark, Lewis Taylor, Roy Buchanan, Belinda Buchanan, Cindy Frix, Mindy Young and Sarah Young. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (247 N Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
