He was predeceased by: his wife Royalean Kelly; his daughter Debra Dailean Campbell; his parents, James Kelly and Emma Kelly; and his siblings, Arleeta White, Inez Sasser, Jeannie Mc Neil and James Kelly, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Arlean Taylor (late Danny Taylor), Janet Alean Davis (Doug), Wilford Kelly (Linda), Winford Kelly (Kathy) and Willard Kelly Lionel (Joyce); and his siblings, L. J. Kelly, Bobby Kelly (Phyllis) and Dovie Burkett. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
