He was predeceased by: his parents, Bishop Arthur E. Cutler Sr. and Geneva Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Rochelle Cutler; his children, Wesley, Timothy, Jamal Cutler and Keyawna Cutler; his siblings, Frances Cutler Robinson (Johnny) and Arthur E. Cutler Jr. (Corine); his nephew Arthur E. "Skeeter" Cutler III (Summer); his friends, Lois and Paul Hunt; and also James Barker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
