It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William A. Cooper Jr. of Panama City, Florida, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Cooper Sr. and Ruby Vick Cooper; his sisters, Carolyn C. Fleming and Patricia C. Davis; and his nephew Sam C. Fleming II.

He is survived by: his wife Tonnie Cooper; his daughters, Meredith Yoder (Robert) of Boiling Springs, SC and Patricia "Trish" Hogan (Charles) of Athens, GA.; and his grandchildren, Madeline, Caroline, Samuel Yoder, Kathryne, Charley and Collins Hogan. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews that were more like siblings.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Panama City (603 Grace Ave, Panama City, FL 32401). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
