He was predeceased by: his parents, Clant Bailey and Annie Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Erma Bailey; his sister Jeanene Winfiele; and his children, Vickie Messick (Gary), Doug Bailey (Tawana) and Bruce Bailey. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
