He was predeceased by: his wife Pearl Sapp. He is survived by: his daughters, Regina Malloy and Rhonda Flowers (Dustin) of Canyon, TX; his sisters, Shirley Suber (Gerald) of Panama City and Carol Gray of Lynn Haven; his grandchildren, Clinton Kelly (Charlie), Craig Kelly, Collin Malloy, McKenzie Flowers and Adian Flowers; and his great grandchildren, Noah Kelly, Gabriel Kelly, Ellie Kelly and Mateo Myers. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
