He is survived by: his children, Gary (Safiya), Troy (Larrian), Tory (Wilbert), Janette (Freddie), Theodore, Steven, Joseph Sr., Tyrian Washington, Tamara and Wendy Chatman; and his siblings, Nelda Stevens, Cedric, Michael, Andrew Jr., Patrick (Ceceile), Eldridge McDonnell (Zindy), Patricia Francis and Lisa Kersey (Eric). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
