It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Mizener of Panama City, Florida, who passed away on December 17, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Naomi. He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his sisters, Norma Beyer (Glenn) of Yulee, FL and Linda Ferguson (David) of Summerville, S. C.; his stepchildren, Stephen Rodriquez and Kattia Price (Brian); his stepgrandchild Dylen; and his stepchildren, Issac Rodriquez (Irena), Ariana and Luke.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home (2403 Harrison Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 8:00 AM at the St. Dominic Catholic Church (3303 E. 15th Street 75074).
