He is survived by: his children, Tommy Hall Jr. (Angela) and Denise Hidle (Shannon); his granddaughter Tara Hall; his great grandchild Noah Deese; and his siblings, William Troy Hall III and Deborah Hall Dewitt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
