With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Farrel Scurlock (Panama City, Florida), who passed away on September 11, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Franklin Scurlock and Emma Lee Sapp Scurlock; his daughter Joan Legros; his granddaughter Kayla Legros; his son-in-law Willis Legros; and his brothers, Eulis Scurlock and Milton Scurlock.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Scurlock (Karen) and Connie Teplicek (Jeff); and his sisters, Catherine Carpenter (Albert) of Deerpoint Lake, Shirley Williams of Deerpoint Lake and Louise Bickford (Joe) of Deerpoint Lake. He is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
