Bazzel and Dianne Bazzel Tagney; his children, William B. Welch, Jr. (Debra), Barbara Welch Pilcher and Thomas C. (Clay); and his grandchildren, William B. Welch, III (Haley), Heather Welch Soto (Juan), Dustin Pilcher (Sarah), Alicia Pilcher Jones (Colin), Ephraim Bazzel and Elliot Bazzel. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, extended family, including aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
