He is survived by: his children, Lei DeFore Sturgill (Joshua), Thomas Ross Wilbanks (Kristie) and Russell Alan Wilbanks (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Karter Goforth, Ryder Wilbanks, Sicily Wilbanks, Lilly Wilbanks and Olivia Wilbanks; and his siblings, Mike Cook (Janice), Kelvin Wilbanks and Teresa Domzalski (Lance).
