He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Rossignol (Green) and Daniel Rossignol; his siblings, Juanita, Barbara, Lawrence and Daniel; his great grandchild Jason Finley Jr.; and also, Lawrence, Barbara and Juanita.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Rossignol; his children, Susan Zuraitis and Steven Jr. (Jackie); his grandchildren, Jason Finley, Samantha, Kayla, Megan Rossignol, Billy Jr., Elizabeth and Tommy Zuraitis; and his great grandchildren, Christopher Blouin, Damon Rossignol, Brenna, Rylee, Aubry, Addison Finley and Mabel Kalosky.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church (1003 N East Ave, Panama City, FL 32404).
