He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hofeditz and Lillian Hofeditz; his brother David; his sister-in-law Theresa Hofeditz; and his pets, Sir Spencer and Casper.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Casey" Hofeditz; his stepdaughter Jennifer Simmons (Nolen) of Red Oak, Iowa; his siblings, John Hofeditz (Cindy) of Davenport and Nancy Garza of San Antonio, Texas; his grandchildren, Heather Batey (Mike) of Atlanta, Brittany Long of Tucson and Jake Wilkinson of Atlantic; his great grandchild Bentley Wilkinson of Red Oak, Iowa.; his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Hofeditz of Florida, Karri Blais (Paul) of Virginia, Margie Smith of Ohio, Jason Garza of Texas and Joe Hofeditz of Colorado; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Henderson and Sharon Webb; and also Danica Simmons.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (247 N Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emerald Coast Hospice.
