It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra C Upton of Panama City, Florida, who passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Tom and Mildred Colley (Watkins); her children, Susan Tresner and Tom Upton; her grandsons, Andrew, Luke Tresner, Joseph and Levi Upton; and her siblings, Joann Peterson, June Pender, Susan Hall and Mike Colley.
