He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne Clark and Lowell Clark; his brother Donald Clark; and his close friend Lonnie Cropper. He is survived by: his wife Jean Longstreth Clark; his children, MayLi Clark and Jonard Clark (Connie); his grandchildren, Jonard Clark Jr., Allison Skipper (Skip), Malcolm McCray, Zachary Clark (Emily), Spencer Clark and Emily Clark; his stepdaughter Michelle Paul; his stepgrandson David Stickney; and his siblings, Ronald, Daryl, Christopher, Darlene, Reia and Pam. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel (214 Airport Rd, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Barrancas National Cemetery (1 Cemetery Rd, Pensacola, FL 32508).
