It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Franklin Ivey of Panama City, Florida, born in Huntsville, Alabama, who passed away on July 24, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herbert Ivey and Sallie Ivey; his wife Ruth Ivey; and his children, Bruce Ivey, Pamela Sill (Steve) and Leigh Ann Ivey (Chuck). He was also cherished by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
